In this course we'll be doing isolated ballet movements on the floor, which conditions very specific groups of muscles that have been targeted as those which directly affect our dance and artistic execution in gymnastics.
Whether it's leaps, jumps, turns, toe point, turn out, musicality or amplitude, each and every area is positively effected through these fundamental floor barre movements.
With this course you receive an Instruction and Demonstration video, a video for Athletes to Follow Along with and an mp3 music download.
This program can be used as a warm up, cool down, core conditioning or as a side station.
